Sonoma County native Tim Little realizes how lucky he was to grow up here. For over a decade, he’s been utilizing his North Bay knowledge to help buyers and sellers cultivate lives they love, and there’s nothing he’d rather do. Since becoming an agent, he’s handled more than $200 million in sales volume and has built a thriving business based on repeat clients and referrals — with people citing his outstanding customer service and patient, professional demeanor as reasons why they’ll never work with anyone else.
Tim is comfortable working with a diverse clientele, whether he’s helping high-end sellers effectively market their luxury estates; assisting seasoned buyers with the purchase of a second home; or guiding first-time homebuyers through the complexities of the process. Detail-oriented and dynamic in his problem-solving skills, he has a talent for synchronizing all the moving parts, ensuring the real estate experience is as seamless and stress-free as possible. His passion for achieving his clients’ goals and commitment to providing first-class service has resulted in long-lasting client relationships, as well as an extensive professional network.
In 2020 alone, he sold over $31 million and was ranked in the top 1% of Sonoma County agents.
A graduate of Sonoma State with a degree in business management and marketing, Tim held senior positions in retail and hospitality as an executive for Target and sales manager for Starwood Hotels. Tim’s experience with managing large teams enables him to confidently oversee multiple complex transactions, while he brings a strategic approach to listings thanks to his marketing background. Above all, he understands the value of homeownership, and he’s excited about helping people reach their financial and life goals through real estate.
Since he’s raising his two children here, it’s especially meaningful to Tim to live and work where his father, a former Marin undersheriff, and his mother, a former teacher, raised him. Like a true Sonoma County native, you’ll find Tim taking advantage of the region’s excellent food and wine and visiting local vineyards on days off. And, he lives for long weekends at Dillon Beach with his wife, Alyssa; daughter, Olivia; son Luke; and their French bulldog, Vinny.
