Tim and his team were referred to us by one of my close childhood friends and Real Estate Agents in our hometown of San Jose, Ca. My wife and I desired an investment property in Wine Country and with that, we needed local knowledge of a smart investment within a desired community. Tim and his team worked diligently but also patiently with us as we combed through multiple markets to suit our investment needs. Tim and his team found an incredible property that we enjoy as a family but also make a decent return each month to offset upkeep costs. Working with Alexa and Tim of Hedge Reality was a pleasurable and fruitful experience. Their expertise and contacts made the process of “getting my house ready for sale” easy and much quicker than I’d imagined possible. The pictures Adam took were wonderful, they made the house look better than I remembered. The whole process of deciding to sell, getting the property ready and the sale (almost 200K over asking) took little more than 6 weeks.

Hedge Realty embraced our family and took the time to understand our vision. Then they made it a reality. We have a big family and have moved many times. Finding a home is a very emotional journey. Alexa has represented me in the buying of 4 properties and in the sale of 3. In the 4 properties that I bought (2 in Petaluma, 1 in Sebastopol, 1 in Tomales) she was trustworthy, reliable, organized and extremely knowledgeable of the areas. Her personalized services made all the purchases easy. Any issues that appeared were fairly and quickly resolved. In the sale of my 3 properties, again, her personal attention in helping me edit and stage my homes, as well as, being present at every showing, resulted in multiple bids. Alexa has been hugely helpful to me in two different real estate transactions. She knows the business inside and out, has the highest of standards, and is extremely creative when it comes to marketing.
