Northern California native Ariana Mazzuchi brings a wealth of experience as a specialist in equestrian properties and family farms to her role at Hedge Realty. Raised on farms and ranches along the coastlines of Sonoma and Marin counties, she has spent decades as a professional equestrian - during which time she founded Sky Horse Academy, a ground-breaking, international equine-guided therapy and educational facility for veterans, first responders and others suffering trauma and loss. Over a quarter century, Ariana has purchased, renovated and sold numerous equestrian ranches and farm properties in the Bay Area, enhancing her initial investment by twelve hundred percent to date. She has been a licensed real estate broker for nearly a decade.
Deeply versed in land stewardship and sustainable agricultural practices, Ariana has developed vineyards, planted orchards, built equestrian facilities, and used her extensive experience in gardening and landscaping to efficiently enhance property values. In addition to her role as a Hedge agent, Ariana also offers consultations on land stewardship, landscaping, and equine facility design and improvement (includingarenas, pastures and paddocks). She and her husband currently run a farm ranch restoration business.
A mother of three and the author of four books on the healing power of nature, Ariana brings her acumen and experience as an agent, educator, writer, equestrian and rancher on properties spanning the Northern California coastline to every transaction. Her clientele range from farmers and vinters to homesteaders, rescue sanctuaries, retreat facilities and first-time homebuyers.
